We collect information you provide directly to us when creating an account, posting reviews, or submitting inquiries. This includes email addresses, usernames, and contact information. We also automatically collect device identifiers, IP addresses, cookies, browser type, and search queries on our website to ensure system security and functionality.
2. How We Collect Information
Information is collected directly from your inputs (e.g. registration, contact forms, reviews). We also collect data automatically using cookies and security tokens (such as Cloudflare Turnstile). Additionally, public review information may be gathered from public online resources to provide phone verification reports.
3. How We Use Information
We use the collected data to operate, maintain, and improve the JOB SCANNER platform, analyze phone number profiles, calculate recruiters' Trust Points, prevent fraudulent activity, route notifications via Telegram/email, and display interactive charts in your dashboard.
4. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers who help us run our services:

- Cloudflare — CAPTCHA, security and CDN (including Turnstile)
- Google — OAuth sign-in
- Facebook — OAuth sign-in
- Telegram — authentication and Mini App
Data may also be disclosed if required by law or to protect our rights.
5. Data Retention
We retain account data and user history (up to 50 entries) for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Public aggregator data and aggregated phone history are retained to serve ongoing anti-fraud verification needs.
Cookie consent records (including IP address hash, browser type, and consent choices) are retained for 3 years from the date of recording, in accordance with GDPR Article 7(1) accountability requirements and the recommendation of the European Data Protection Board (EDPB Guidelines 05/2020 on consent).
Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial transaction records).
